Breno Zanotelli at DTSC’s Rio de Janeiro office since the beginning of the firm in 2018. His role involves representing and advising clients in criminal proceedings.
Before joining DTSC, he was a partner in an economic criminal law firm and also assisted the creation of the criminal and administrative misconduct area of a law firm with a prominent role in electoral law in the state of Espírito Santo.
He is a member of the Public Security Commission of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB-RJ) and was vice-president of the Espírito Santo’s Bar Association Criminal and Penitentiary Policy Committee (OAB-ES). He is the vice president of the Capixaba Institute of Criminology and Criminal Studies (ICCEP) and a member of the Brazilian Association of Researchers in Sociology of Law (ABraSD). He taught criminology and criminal proceedings in preparatory courses at the Centro de Evolução Profissional (CEP).
