Gabriel Sobrinho Tosi

Gabriel Tosi works at DTSC’s office in São Paulo. He has experience in the white-collar criminal practice as well as in compliance and digital law.

Before joining DTSC, Gabriel worked as a lawyer at Moraes Pitombo Advogados with one of the world’s largest social network companies and took part in a major internal investigation connected with the Operation Car Wash at Trench, Rossi & Watanabe Advogados.

Education

LL.M. in German Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU – Germany); Specialization Course in Compliance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV- GV Law); Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo’s Law School (USP); Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).
